I did that a year ago or something, but I haven't really posted since. I have a few gaming questions, honestly, if you don't mind me askin'. 1) So, like my current icon, I love Etrian Odyssey. Any other fans in the audience? I ask because there is a sequel called Heroes of Laagard out, and if you beat the first game then you get a password to carry over to the second game! But I don't know what carries over, and is it really worth putting off buying Heroes of Laagard until I beat the first game? Do my characters carry over? What does carry over? 2) I know there's a pokemon community, but this is less about the game and more about gaming hardware stuffs. I would like to play my Pokemon over WiFi, and we have a wireless internet connection now. But we have a WPA type, and since we live in Germany and the damn thing is all in German, we aren't exactly sure how to convert the damn thing. Our DSi can go online, however, but the actual carts cannot. Do you guys know of any carts that in the future will become compatible, or is it just DSiware that will be able to access WPA? I will save up for the new Pokemon game HeartGold/SoulSilver if we can find out if it will be able to access this security setting. 3) Any of you guys play Dragon Quest Wars on DSi? It's a fun blend of Fire Emblem and Dragon Quest that my husband and I are looking for people to play with! If you have friendcodes, we'd be more than happy to play with you! Due to relationship problems, I am moving out of my current apartment and must save the games I downloaded on a PS3, Xbox, and Wii to an external hard drive to later be transferred to my own systems, but I can't seem to find any concrete information. red-ringed xbox [16 Dec 2009|03:06pm] girlgamers [cherry_cupcakes] Hey girls. I have a rant in store for you all, but I'd also like to get your feedback on this issue as well. So I just started playing assasin's creed on the 360, and I notice that some of the textures are funny, like there's white lines showing up from every light source in the game. I take it out, and the xbox menu screen is filled with lines. Turn the console off, and when I re-booted it I have the dreaded E 74 error. Now I called xbox and filled out a repair online, but I'm waiting for the damn shipping label they're supposed to send me. It's been almost a week, and I'm getting frustrated. (plus it's winter break for me, and it looks like I'll have to go all break AND christmas without my 360 >:() I'd just like to get some feedback about microsoft and their repairs- as I'm sure this has happened to many of you.
